You may ship through Japan Post, Yamato, Sagawa, or drop off at convenience stores such as 7-Eleven, Lawson, or FamilyMart.
Repair or Replacement:
Once we receive the laptop, our team will inspect and repair it.
If repair is not possible, we will provide a replacement laptop after discussing with you.
